For students who want to begin studying in the USA right after their High School Certificate even though their English skills still need some improvement, the ESL Transition Program at Florida Southern College (FSC) provides a head start. That's because when students enroll in the program, they are also accepted into FSC, and can begin working towards their degree as soon as their English skills are up to par.

Students enrolling to the ESL Transition Program, get to head to the USA and start getting used to American culture and campus life while brushing up their English skills. What's great is that the program acts as a bridge, meaning that students can enrol with FSC and will have access to all of its facilities and events. FSC is located in Lakeland, FL, close to tourist destinations like Walt Disney World and Tampa Bay, as well as beautiful area beaches.

The courses themselves are very focused with only up to 12 students in each class. This means that each student will get the special attention he or she needs to become English proficient via the English as a Second Language courses. The program is located on campus in Florida at the Center for English Proficiency and Academic Success (CEPAS).
